Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to every state across India, including all metro cities, small towns, and semi-rural areas. Our primary shipping origin is:

Note: We do not offer international shipping yet, but we are preparing to launch global deliveries soon.
Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

You will receive a confirmation message as soon as your order is packed and handed over to the courier

Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed the next business day
Estimated Delivery Time

Metro cities: 3–5 business days

Tier 2 and 3 cities: 5–7 business days

Remote or rural areas: Up to 8 working days (based on courier reach)
We always aim to deliver early. However, actual delivery time may vary due to:

Cash on Delivery (COD): If enabled, a small extra fee may apply. Currently not active on all products.

Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via SMS/email where you can:

If you don’t receive a tracking update within 48 hours of placing the order, please reach out to us directly.
Delivery Issues or Address Errors
To avoid delays:

Always enter your full name, phone number, pin code, and complete address carefully

We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address details

If the courier marks the delivery as “attempted” or “failed” and you didn’t receive it, contact us within 24 hours
Damaged or Missing Package?
If your package is received in a damaged condition or items are missing:

Inform us within 1 hour of delivery

Share unboxing photos or video as proof

Without valid visual proof, we won’t be able to process a replacement or refund
We follow strict quality checks and packing standards, but we rely on your cooperation to resolve rare courier mishandlings.
