  • Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation (unless Cash on Delivery is selected and available).

  • We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion (e.g., for bulk/unauthorized purchases).

 

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

  • Payments are processed securely through verified and encrypted payment gateways. We do not store card details.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery across India usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on location.

  • Shipping delays may occur due to weather, logistics issues, or unforeseen events. Rubik is not liable for third-party delivery delays.

 

4. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for eligible products only.

  • In case of damaged or wrong items, photo or video proof must be submitted within 1 hour of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed only after inspection and confirmation of return eligibility.

 

5. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to misuse the website, impersonate others, or engage in fraudulent activities.

  • You must provide accurate, up-to-date contact and shipping information for order fulfillment.
